Injured Left Shoulder & Neck:

Four days before this photo, and again eight days after, this "injured" Police Officer signed Intake Forms at the doctor's office alleging "constant, severe left shoulder pain" which precluded even modified duties! The video below vividly displays lack of pain and restriction which was eventually acknowledged by the treating and evaluating physicians.
